About us - The Hernando County Fishing Club, founded in 2007 and sponsored in part by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9236, is a co-ed club which meets promptly at 6:30pm the first Friday of each month at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9236 located at 3435 Shoal Line Blvd., Hernando Beach, Florida. New members, guests and visitors are always welcome at our meetings.

The Hernando County Fishing Club provides a forum for people to get together and exchange ideas. The club arranges saltwater fishing trips at discount prices, group outings at fishing piers and other facilities, seminars on fishing techniques, and other events. But, most importantly, the club provides a friendly atmosphere for people with a common interest in fishing to meet, exchange ideas and information pertaining to the fishing experience.

Want more information about the Hernando County Fishing Club? Contact the club's President, Carl Owen [352] 610-4625.
